In my 20s, I’ve made some life-changing decisions that shaped who I am today. I left the stability of an MNC to take a leap into the start-up world in Hong Kong, and later packed my bags to move to Singapore alone to set up the new regional office. In 2024, I took the third bold step by becoming the Hinrich Scholar and returning to full-time study — a decision that felt both exciting and nerve-wracking.
I’ve always been drawn to the world of communications and language, where my passion lies.
Beyond my studies at NTU, I dedicated myself to hours of training, passed the assessment, and earned accreditation as a Level 1 Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) in December 2024. Meanwhile, I completed a 6-month Professional Certificate in Speech Therapy Assistance (PCSTA) at the College of Allied Educators in Singapore, where I learned through hands-on practicum and in-class lectures. It’s been a whirlwind, but every step has been worth it.
Year 2024 has been great and I am expecting more in 2025.
